There's nothing in the script that would cause a player to time-out when entering the bank. The only thing I can think of is the sheer number of objects that make up the bank (around 600) take up a lot of bandwidth for someone with shitty Internet and your connection gets saturated with showing the bank objects. But I don't know for sure.

Never knew bank had all those six hundred objects, damn. I always thought it was a pre-fabricated interior, or possessing way less than that.
