DetailsThey blocked my way shooting my car while I was heading to the gas station, I managed to escape, made it to the casino and sat in Matty's car to offer him a bribe, however minasera jumped onto the car and shot me down.

there is no dm we were runing after you for like 5 min then you g into cop car trying to teamup with him to take you away what i can do

do you know that teaming with cop not allowed why did you g to his car how can i stop you when he take you away with his car? he is cop and im cop cant shot his car

He didn't do anything against the rules, I got in his car by myself to offer him a bribe. Still, what was the actual reason to take me down?

It is a grey area of the rules, however, on this case Minassera did not DM you because you could've been escaping in a car. (cops car in this case).

No video so I can't see if the car was moving or not.
