Vehicle request spawns in LSPD compound

Issue: After requesting my private vehicle in front of the LSPD, it spawned inside the LSPD compound. When you go inside the compound to retrieve your car, you obtain a 1 star wanted level.
Reoccurring? Yes, every time
Steps: Just request a private vehicle in front of LSPD
Date and time: 26.3.2020 not sure of the exact time
No special circumstances

Yes, sometimes our vehicle does spawn in LSPD compound like mine just did.

Issue	Vehicle request spawns in LSPD compound
Description	Requested personal vehicles are spawning inside restricted areas such as LSPD and LVPD.

Comments	The nodes for the GPS system are used to spawn personal vehicles. I have removed the nodes from the LSPD and LVPD parking lots. This change will go into effect with version 1.5.8.
