Whenever I entered bank, had 40% hp, after relog 5%.
Other bug is the bank entry, I sometimes time out randomly, while entering bank. Thats not only my side problem, heard others have it aswell

Are you talking about getting jailed when returning from timeout?

1. It's entirely possible someone shot you while you were timing out. It takes 15 seconds to time out. Meanwhile your health could still go down.
2. Entering the bank should not cause a time out. There's a lot of objects to load, so maybe there is a chance. My best advice would be to upgrade your PC. What am I supposed to do, delete half the bank? :/

Meanwhile this is possible this wasn't the case this time, in the clip shown it is clear that nobody shot him because after he timed out and joined again he was in jail with full armour. Still, don't know what's the cause of this and need more information about it.
