I Remember some time ago I Was Ridding Near Battery Point In San fierro and i saw one card floating in the air but when i go near him he falls but unfortunaly i didnt screenshoted at this time..

Because in that Day i Was Here then i saw those cars floating Its same from that happened from sf near the ship near the Bridge May my Skin mods did that.

Common SA-MP bug and seen on many servers, also if a pilot goes with a heli/plane then goes AFK, when you go to his position u will find his player hanged in the sky and the vehicle he was driving will fall down. I assure you itsnt a server bug.
