There's been some events where players meet up and have car meets, but it gets ruined by trolls. Let's make it a proper feature.
To begin a car meet, you have to pay $25k to be the host in a certain area. This sends a server-wide notification that there's a car meet in a certain area. The host may invite players to the car meet, and likewise kick them out (removing their ability to add their cars to the meet).
Players may add up to 3 cars from their /vehicles to be in any space they wish. Vehicles added to the car meet will have unlimited HP and frozen in place, but can be sat inside, bonnet/doors openable etc.
Location ideas: Certain car parks in Burger Shot, Pizza Stack, Cluckin' Bell, that underground car park next to SF hospital, and the supermarket above, El Corona Station car park, Jizzy's pleasure dome, Santa Marina Beach, etc.
Side ideas: The host may also add a prize pool for the best car. A voting system might also be good.
