When will arms dealer be added?

So, I read the topics and I know arms dealer will be added eventually.
Im just curious when it may be released and what may be featured.
Im very interested as home robberies have turned a profit, and now I have 1000 of AK, and nearly 1000 of high end guns in my safe (I have so man guns that I cant store more, and since I'm a huge noob at PvP, and a full life criminal, I hate the idea of losing thousands of $ in guns).
I want so start shipping out weaponry and make big buck.
Maybe make it in a way that players can sell guns in meets (only in active city), but if cops get nearby and find the deal, players should get a 3-4 wanted stars (high risk for high rewards).

I think this could get interesting, I'll support this +1. As cops are able to see if a car is stolen by approaching the player inside it, cops should be able to know if a gun exchanging is happening near them, perhaps widening the ratio of occurrence more than the average car jack. What I mean by this is that for example a cop can see a stolen car from 20 in-game meters, so the weaponry-business could mean that a cop could see it from 40 meters or more. High risks, high reward.

I have over 100 things I plan to add. They are all ‘coming soon’. Some of them won’t ever be added because I don’t have time.

Unfortunately arms dealer is very low on my priority list as you have Ammunation and the cop shop so it’s not critically needed. It will come at some point in the far future.
