fix COPS for stealing a car

hi . Im here because i saw so many newbie COPS try to jack civ/innocents personal car tht was so ANNOYYING  . and i want to suggest here for cops cannot JACKED civ/innocents car. just like under lvl 5 cops cant enter unmarked police car

If a criminal is in his personal vehicle, a cop can't hijack him?

If possible, cops shouldn't be able to steal EMC vehicles (firetrucks, ambulances, etc.) if the vehicle is spawned from the Y menu. Likewise, EMS shouldn't be able to hijack innocent civilian's personal car as well.

It should only work on personal vehicles since they can just steal cars and if a cop issued a ticket to them and they go white, cops won't be able to hijack to impound the car?

well they do i forced them. But i dont know about suggestions it should move to bugs section.

is this allowed? i think rules say not , and itsnt tht possible ,u can shoot the orange criminal while on car? why try to carjack them xD

ok to fix Inpounded car , i think why not to get the driver out and ticket him? , and maybe mike should add this too " u cant enter a car in 10sec/less after got ticket " to impound the car .   or this " u can carjack the inpounded car " cuz server know tht vehicle r stolen , so must be force jack

I would vote positive if the innocent person driving a car with criminal passengers (more than 1 star wanted) would get +2 stars wanted, for the reason "Assisting wanted players escape" or other technical vocabulary cops use.

I was already asked to add this. Problem is wanted players could get in an innocent players car as a passenger without the driver wanting them to and end up giving them a wanted level. There would have to be a 20 second delay to give the driver the chance to eject the player.
