Details      This happned multiple times he chased me for no reason shoots at me jsut to rob me once he robed me 130k back to back i mean hes abusing he dident had revenge on me just following me and destroying car for no reason i dident shoot at him nor he had revenge on me just casually breaking rules and anoyement he was also threatening to punish me if i /q but he can wont let me play and will rob me back to back.

You're literally reporting him for robbing you? Well you can't just report someone for just robbing you and as for shooting your car zako had a valid reason since you entered his vehicle as driver ejecting him.
