is this ban evading?

I was connecting to Mcnr and it said i got banned for cheats, i was unable to take a ss since my snail sized brain didn't want to. I was using vpn connected to France then (cuz my ISP gives my 32% pl on mcnr and i cant play) and i relogged again and i could just play it didn't say i was banned




sorry for my bad grammar this white mode damaged my brain

Someone used that VPN server in the past and got banned. You connected to the same server so you saw the ban message.
