Ardealul was trying to protect that suspect when you tazed and as the rules states you can help a criminal if he is being chased, arrest or getting attacked by a cop. As we can see here you tazed that criminal and ardealul attacked you to help the criminal I Don't see anyone breaking a rule. Hence, This report will be denied.
