I wanted to raise a point of consideration regarding the management of staff complaints within our community. Currently, there appears to be a gap in the efficiency of addressing these concerns, particularly in terms of response time and transparency. Many complaints lodged via email to
[email protected] are left pending, resulting in a lack of acknowledgment and eventually, closure for the complainants. Subsequently, so often these "good staff members" actually get away even if they have done something wrong.
Therefore, I strongly insist on reinstating the Staff Complaints section on the forums. This platform would facilitate quicker response times from staff, ensuring transparency in addressing concerns and enabling more effective resolution processes.
