Hello there people,

I hope you're all doing great in your lives.

I wanted to raise a point of consideration regarding the management of staff complaints within our community. Currently, there appears to be a gap in the efficiency of addressing these concerns, particularly in terms of response time and transparency. Many complaints lodged via email to [email protected] are left pending, resulting in a lack of acknowledgment and eventually, closure for the complainants. Subsequently, so often these "good staff members" actually get away even if they have done something wrong.

Therefore, I strongly insist on reinstating the Staff Complaints section on the forums. This platform would facilitate quicker response times from staff, ensuring transparency in addressing concerns and enabling more effective resolution processes.

I can attest to this. I've had 2 staff complaints pending since February, and I've got no response yet. Idk what's going on here. I sent a DM to Karbz on Discord a few weeks ago, but he ignores me.

According to this new system if you dm Karbz and got no response then you must DM Mike and then Mike will make the managers do their job

I agree to this. Staff complaints should be public.

Sometimes it's not really about ruining the admin's reputation and/or putting him in a bad light. But it's mostly about getting justice, at the end of the day. I am sure that because the complaints are now hidden, some of the mods/admins being reported might think that they can get away with it "behind the scenes".

I sent recently 3 staff complaints and only 1 has been answered so far which is decent, but I think we do need full transparency. It would naturally "fix" many problems regarding the staff.
