Revival rate sometimes changes and even decreased

Soo, when im just login as a firefighter, i saw my revival rate is 74%, but magically when i played for a couple minutes, and i press Y, the revival rate is going down to 50%. and its back to 74% again when im died (the last screenshots is when im died). and when i check /skills, it shows a different thing. like shown on the screenshots i take . and it also happen when im a medic too. i dont know if this a bug or just a typo.
