What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?obviously called him a retard in the morning or so, he banned me with  the reason "calling staff retarded", didn't know staff here have more value than regular players, either disallow it completely or allow it to be used on everyone

Everything is allowed to be tolerated to some extent only, but you've been using it very excessively and there's a clear rule that disrespecting anyone excessively will lead to suitable punishment. Now not only you took it to another level of excessiveness, but you still chose to continue it even after being warned and that too on a staff member so, I think you knew it very well what would happen if you still don't start behaving properly.
