Remove the minimun limit for /vsell

I bought a Sabre for a new player and then when I try to give it for free it says the minimum I can sell it is for 116k
I understand about the maximum limit but why is the minimum limit needed?

Make the players be able to charge whatever price they want for their vehicles!

So I wanted to buy some used Bullets, and the minimum price a person could charge me was $1.7M when I wanted to buy it at $1.2M. 😡 I ain't gon buy me a carrucha with rust for dat price!

cause gambling is overpowered and instead of balancing it, its easier to cap the amount you can gamble
