Better spots (but illegal) for fishing

Mike I was thinking that currently fishing is only done by some newbies or players who r just thirsty of score and xp.y not add a lil bit fun to it like make some places have a huge chances of better and big fishes but to make it fair for normal places make it illegal so players get a risk for making cash loads simply places like sf basin military base the island and some other places can be used for this purpose

I don’t really understand the details of the implementation of this. Why would you catch better fish in restricted areas, that makes no sense. What does make sense is something that Karbz suggested which is to make it so you catch bigger fish in deeper water.
