I have an idea that I don't think is good or bad, but I will show it to you
The idea is: Houses now have no benefit unless you sell them, and some people own castles and wonderful houses and do not benefit from them. So my idea is to make the players able to offer their homes for rent and so that they can benefit from them, and to make the wages the ones that can determine them.
Example: Castles are among the best houses on the server and their prices are very expensive. There are some players who want to buy a castle but do not have the price for it. I think this idea will benefit property owners and people who want to buy at the same time.
But make it a week, month, year, or whatever the player can specify
