Add house edge to casino

Since now there is a limit in casino and everyone is just usong it to farm money, we could use a strategy that is implemented in most casino's called house edge. Control the algorithm more and make the casino win more then lose. Usualy a house edge is set at like 2%. So casino  will make a 2% profit in the long run.

Simple example of implementation:
Lets say you play poker video. Ok. Besides the random shit that happens there, on every hand, there is a 2% chance even if you actually win after the random extraction, to lose the hand. Lets say the random gave JJ K 3 4. You would win with JJ. The 2% will say "nah bro, I got the edge now" and will change your cards to J 5 K 34.

This can be implemented way more complex, this is just a random example. A cool implementation would be to add how much cash the casino got today in(how much players lost) it and increade/decrease house edge by it. The more players lost, the most is the house edge lower. This will fix people generating money because it will be aleays gambled money that was in circulation, not generated by server, causing inflation.
