Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?Hi, i've been a mncr player for a long time.. in about 20/1 i've got banned for rdm/insults for 1 week, just yesterday i tried to log in the in order to see acc too see how much was the time left for the ban.. i may have logged in using  my vpn i usually have it automatically turned on, i might have logged with an already banned ip address.. i don't know
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?.
Any witnesses that can vouch for you?.
