Landlords can be able to lease their houses within a range of fee and players can rent.
Why?
- for owners; you can make money out of your houses, specially if they're cool.
- for non-owners. you don't have to buy a house to have the experience of using it. Let's say a player likes to have a mansion in the hills, and he can't. Why? Cause all are taken and the price is too much for him to afford a purchase. He can rent it for some time irl and have fun with it. Specially if some actual house usages are implemented.
If you have 5 houses already you can't rent one. The limit applies here as well.
P. S. I'm not looking for a house for myself, so refrain from thinking that I'm trying to benefit myself.
