Fire fighters and medics "only"
They can plant herbs, raise and harvest them to either sell them to the hospitals or players.

For every interaction with your plant you need to be a medic or a ff on-duty.
Players can buy and use herbs to cure diseases later.

Why?
- players can cure diseases anywhere
- medics and fire fighters have something to do and make more money

I hope my suggestions will help you guys enjoy the server more

Weed gives hp
Herbs cure diseases, I don't think weed cures diseases
