Ban or infraction appeal?Infraction Appeal
Date and time of ban/infraction including timezoneNot Applicable
Ban/infraction reason and detailsDestroying Vehicle, harassing a potential hacker
Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?
Note: I want a manager to deal with this appeal not an admin, specially not @Goldenman .
Hi there, I am re-appealing for my Infractions to be revoked as very recently I have faced severe discrimination by the Moderator "Behmoth".
Previous appeal for your reference "https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,19421.0.html"

Recently I've been Infracted 4 points, 2 for destroying a player's vehicle, and 2 for harassing a player titled as newbie(which turned out to be a regular from a long time here).

There's 2 thing I wanna get answered for by a manager since I wasn't treated fairly by the last admin, and I want an explanation instead of just "you broke the rule" like the last admin who dealt with my report.

1st case, in my awareness, when 2 players are fighting in their own style with mutual understanding, there is no problem unless they use any illegal mod. I have heard that players here Use C bug in duels if they both agree while dueling. I want to know, When I had a mutual understanding with Spee[D]emon that we are okay with killing each other for no reason+ destroying our vehicles, who is the staff to make decision to infract me for destroying his vehicle when the player had no issues with it? in the same time when I did no reported him regardless of how many times he decided to RDM me. When he did not reported me and I did not reported him, what makes an admin infract me? please explain. Also explain how is this is not unfair to me when a moderator who infracted me without knowing context of the situation, denied my report when their friend right in front of them did the same what I did, which is destroyed a player's vehicle when they died. He denied my report saying "he bad aim" I mean is this the proficiency we expect from a staff member?

Proofs: Report denied = https://imgur.com/vygPAi0
Unprofessional behavior because this time it was a friend who broke the rule = https://imgur.com/undefined

The logs says that the player kept shooting my vehicle for 3 seconds, which is more than enough to realize and prevent my car do be destroyed.

2nd case, I gathered multiple proofs of a player breaking rules by quitting to avoid multiple times and using Aimbot + No reload hack which is clear in this video here (00:17 to 00:29).

I don't understand how anyone would get confused about this being legit or not. If this is not legit, I will keep holding the Infraction, But I will never ever put my self into a position of helping server by reporting anyone for hacking if that will cost me getting infraction. It will be my stupidity if I will ever expose a hacker when in the end I will be the one suffering the punishment where this hacker is still playing peacefully. Please explain if this seems legit to you or not. If it does, I need this person to be banned and my infractions revoked, or else I am ok with holding 2 infractions for what I did.

You have been inform that if you are not satisfied in the ingame reports, I already told you to take it on forums.

Btw, after discussing with an manager he told me that he is very well known as a rule break so the reported player ingame been dealt with.

I only invalid it since he says it was an accident - https://imgur.com/a/7wUfi44

The one who got punished action logs - https://imgur.com/a/vJ7U6Y3

I don't care what he says, 3 seconds of continuous firing is a lot to call it an accident, you considered whatever he said then why didn't asked me about destroying a vehicle before infracting me? this is actually unprofessional moderating by you, besides if the player is guilty why did I had to argue for that for too long? You declared him innocent is what made me post here. Now I made it clear that I want a manager here not any admin or moderator who themselves aren't aware of rules/features just like you who kept misleading a player while mentioning "/gps drug dealer" for so long, when that is not how it works.

I'm sorry but you don't choose who's going to reply to your appeal.

i approved this one that was intentional lag pit and no reason to be restricted on, we appreciate your work but what if you've just assumed someone is a cheater and went on his ass hanging annoyingly instead of reporting him so staffs can have an eye on him.
