What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?nothing, I was playing when suddenly an admin contacted me telling me if I had another account and asking me if I knew LaQuica, I told him that it was me but that I no longer use that account, he also banned me, I don't understand

It was easier to make the new account since with the reset of the server it started from 0 anyway, there is nothing wrong with having chosen to use another new account, in fact if you can delete "LaQuica" do it

Here you have the ban screen, it says 1/16/2024. Today we are on 1/25/2024. which means that 3 days ago they unbanned me
