a) It's not possible to accurately tell if it's raining in a player's game (it's complicated).
b) Do fish irl get caught quicker in the rain? Sounds
fishy to me.
c) Rain lasts literally 4 minutes. So you want to catch 3 fish in that time?
d) Rain isn't useless. It can make car chases more fun and challenging, it's atmospheric, and it's part of the game that I don't want to cut out.
