Add an option to hide every on screen message

It's hard to aim with a text that covers half of your screen (at least in my case). Please add an option to disable every on-screen message because some players, like me, can find it really annoying.
Or Just put them in the chat   

For example: the lotto winner, stolen vehícle , bribe, service offers, etc., etc.

(I already submited a similar suggestion a time ago but it im triying to bring it to the table again better writed)

I do believe a similar suggestion was made before, yeah, I understand why some might want to disable these messages, it must be infuriating in a gunfight.

Ideally I'd like to make an area on the screen for 'global messages' kinda like CBCNR has, but I dislike that just as much...
