/co or /carowner

It's a command by which you can check who the owner of any vehicle is, without having to break into it to know. You do /dl and then /co vehicle id.
What for? When you have rev on someone? or you're a cop and there are some cars outside the bank you check who the owners are before destroying everything.

I liked this at first but this would make it easier to harass and target players.

I think manually searching /carowner would make it clearer to staff if a player is intentionally attacking another player's PV without justification. Other than this concern I'd prefer a label to always display the carowner.

I'm trying to think of a situation where non-staff even need to know who owns a vehicle.. why does it matter?

Generally it would be situations like this:

1. Bank is being robbed. Cops go outside and want to pop the tyres of the suspects inside to prevent them escaping.
2. Taking revenge on someone. They're inside a building, their car is outside. You want to pop their tyres to prevent them escaping.

For #1 we need a police computer inside police vehicles that can look up a vehicle's owner. And perhaps some sort of similar device for criminals, like illegal police computer access somehow.
For #2, compare it to real life, how would you know what their car is? You'd see them getting out of it. You wouldn't have some floating label telling you.
