What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I'am just was playing and this player @Dimitar says am bendary and let the whole server say i'am bendary. with no proofs i never get my password to anyone!

They are really two different people, and even they do not live in one place. If you
have another opinion, you are free to say it. Even the way they play differs 180 degrees. I played with Bendary and I played with Mustafa. There is a big difference between them, and I hope you will be fair with this new player.

Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	I wasnt using any kind of cheats
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	I was just trying rob a player and got flunged because my GTA has a realistic mod which changes vehicles and somehow the boat glitched. The mod doesn't give me any kind of advantage what so ever. The only purpose of the mod is to make my game more realistic, and I apologize if this kind of mod isnt allowed. I am new and didnt know mods weren't allowed.

I don't know why you accused him. There is no evidence and even experience in investigation is non-existent, unfortunately. I know that they are two different people. It is difficult to change this fact. Thank you

I mean i'm sorry I reply here, it's not my report, but how come you unban him in 25 days since you want to unban him, meaning you know he's not ban evading or at least you can't prove it with good evidence. Just unban him, lol. What is this? Dude's appealing an unfair ban and you negociate his unban date. Also I am in a groupchat with bendary and mustafa. They are not the same person. This way it looks like you punish mustafa because he's friend with bendary, which is not a valid reason to ban someone lol.
