New donator commands.

Add 2 commands for donator only.

1. /deposit (amount) /dp (amount)
2. /withdraw (amount) /wd (amount)

Any donator can deposit money without phisically interacting with the ATM from everywhere, make It to be used only one time each day of game-week, so players cant abuse It.

Why?
I dont known, but maybe in some scenario where you are fighting/escaping/evading from other players who wanna rob them, or maybe you just robbed a safe and wont get robbed by a nearby suspicious/dangerous player.

I think Is almost Fair for both donator/non because donator can eventually use It only once per day.

Even if it is once a day still gives you advantage in any situation, for example I won a lotto and there are like 3 people around me rushing to deposit all these money with a single command, wont be
fair for them. Donator status should give you some advantages yes like more skins, donator's cash etc. but they aren't like giving you some advantages most likely a feature.
