I was joking with clink and said hands up do not move and he then as can be seen in report against him he replied with hard r using /s command which im not insulted by nor do i feel harassed by it considering that we were joking

I don't understand why you're appealing this. Clink, you are not new to this, and you've done the exact same thing before. You are known for regular harassments, and /s is not a private command. Technically, it's "shouting," and others besides Damien have also heard it. I fail to see how it's "a bit too much." I'll keep this unlocked to higher staff for review
