Can it be that you can extinguish an engine on fire with an extinguisher or a fire truck? As long as it is not flipped on its roof.  I don't know if it's possible, but maybe it can extinguish and bring the hp up a little bit. Idk

bro use common sense, it'll already be too late before the car explodes, which i don't think can be altered as it is a part of the game's code
