Anyway, point is, if a player doesn't want to tell his last nickname, that's up to him. That should be none of your concern what he was known as before. He'll tell you if he feels like it.

There can be a command /baka to block aka if someone doesn't want to reveal his previous nicknames.

simply no, if a person wants to stay anonymous on mcnr they have the right to remain so, if you really want to find some poor fella after they namechanged its not that hard to do.
you didnt mention a single reason why should this be a thing for normal players instantly making it a stupid suggestion

I support this, people usually do devious shit first and then they change their name and act goody-goody with everyone. It also helps crew leaders to know the actual history of a player instead of just guessing who a player could be
