Truck trailer won't fail the mission if it gets lost into the water

While trucking, if your trailer gets into the sea, the server will still require you to pick it up from there even though there's no way to do that.

Happened to me but I am sure it will always happen.

- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.

Issue	Truck trailer goes to water and it doesn't fail the job (if you don't destroy it)
Description	When you fall the truck trailer in water it doesn't fail the job as how you fail the in the water instantly with the truck. It fails the job only when the truck explodes in water by shooting at it.
