Optional hideout robbing small banks

Now if you rob the small bank in angel pine you can't choose your hideout and it requires you to go to a hideout which is too far away for 10 grand only
Allow us to choose a closer hideout

Put your favorite hideout to Flint for SF and it will work. You can bring the money bag from Angel Pine bank to Flint.

The ability to change hideouts for all robbery types is something that has already been reported/suggested and will be done.
