Add name card, used to change name.

There should be a " Name Card" that can only be obtained during game events through which players can change their game name. So, that to prevent players from changing their game name constantly after every months.
Players can only change their name if they have "Name Card", putting cooldown between name change by Card. If a player has obtained many cards constantly by playing most of events, then put a cooldown of 1 month between name change that can be done from card.

How and from where do we get the Name Card?

>The seasonal and occasional events like:- Christmas Day, Halloween and many more.
The Name Card can be obtained by Christmas Tree, Witch Aunty etc depending on the event.
Secondly, The Name card should also be given at Ranks based on numbers of candies, gifts etc. collection.
The Name card should be given like, upon collecting 200 gifts you will be getting Free vehicle credit + Name card and similar in other events too.
