Very minor QoL change:
/carcolor (and presumably the same menu in mod shop) requires you to ALWAYS purchase a primary colour, before being able to purchase a secondary colour (

It would be better to be able to press cancel/esc on the primary colour menu, then show the secondary colour menu. This would allow players to purchase a secondary colour without affecting the primary colour.
