Why was this ban/infraction wrongfully issued?	Okay, Lemme explain the scenario so i along with my cops teammate were chasing criminals(basically wt) and 2-3 of them were mw and suddenly , out of nowhere dimitar came and we killed him.(
What was the situation which lead to this wrongful ban/infraction? What was happening?	See, in between a whole fight no way am going to use /crimes ( because wt were the only criminals and dimitar is part of them which kind of give me a proper reason to attack him.)

In this clip it shows that dimitar was driving around he wasn't near them at all, and he just rammed you accidentlly, its clear:

and yes, you should check every criminal's crimes before you shoot at them
