New Challenge Suggestion "Cone Crazy"
Its like Time Trial But Different Mode.

In Cone Crazy, Pass through the checkpoints without hitting any traffic cones.
Coundown start when player collect first checkpoint.
+10 Second Time On Collecting Checkpoint
-4 Second Time on hitting any traffic cone.

Challenge Failed Scenarios
- If player fails to all the checkpoints before time runs out.
- Hitting cones incurs a time penalty, and timer runs out.

Reward: Cash + Score + Time Bonus

Suggested Locations: SF Driving School, LV Parking Top(Near Come-A-Lot)

Should be located in the driving school. Also, too hard to make or it's impossible to make. Because ramming objects is not detected as far as I know.

maybe can be possible if it check if a player is in close range of an object and if the vehicle has suffered damage in the close range.

I break a lamp post on SA and it takes no damage. I ram a little and it takes a lot of damage. Good R* logic.

Without Adding Vehicle Collision or that cone hitting and timer deduciton.
It can be added as a new mode type for Time Trial or a simple challange.
