Another way to make money could be renting or leasing out owned houses but with different costs depending on size of the property. 6 to 8 rooms houses could allow the owner to set price from 15k to 100k range but get paid at the end of the week for number of days the house was occupied. Houses with 5 and less rooms could give owner within 5k to 50k range.
Cancelation on rent doesn't change the amount due to be paid, for instance; if you have 50k overall cash and you still have 20k rent to be paid and you cancel... the 20k gets deducted but paid at the end of the week. If the renting player fails to pay due to insufficient cash, assets, if there are any, get automatically sold or the player gets paid by bank but the owing player gets outstanding debt to be paid to the bank. Fail to do so within given time, you risk ban from server for 1 to 3 months with no evation of debt after ban.
Owned houses could allow player to choose between "Rent", ring/knock, break-in or even rent if you placed house on sale to players.
