Improper type of cargo

- What happened? Has anyone reported this? It has happened to me several times which is bothering is that you get the truck to get the special cargo and you cannot get the job because the type of cargo you're carrying is invalid/improper for the job. You try to destroy the cargo to respawn a new one but it doesn't work. People usually drop it in the water but it doesn't respawn. And what's more bothering is that you can't find the right type of cargo anywhere specially in the SF.

Hello @Jex . The special cargo got this kind of trailer which you can use to collect/deliver it.
You can find it near Easter Basin on that place where you export vehicles.
You can find it in Cranberry Station sometimes.
You can find it in Blueberry
You can find it in Flint County

Special Cargos are supposed to be illegal stuff which in my opinion aren't supposed to be collected on any kind of trailer like:

As nova said, also, în the future when reporting a bug please provide a video. It's way more clear for us. Really important is to fill also steps to reproduce.
