Can't train my fishing skills

Since the last update, I've been fishing a lot (caught all sorts of weights) and my fishing trained skills is still 0.

- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?
All the time.

- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.
Catch some fish and check if your the trained skills for fishing do increment.
