I tried several times , To buy a new wheel for my personal car Phoenix , but i'm kicked from server always after buy new wheel , Maybe this problem is just for Phoenix

Desync probably set off the ac, thats why its intermittent. Mike has a possible solution in the works for desync'd players however.

‘Desync’ is not the answer to every bug with the anticheat. The anticheat has a list of valid vehicle components for each vehicle. Wheels should be allowed for all vehicles. I’ll have to check why this is happening.
