that's a decent suggestion as far I've guessed those who don't want to get wanted level can rent car for a while and if they damages it they'll be charged, not a bad idea.

This is absolutely essential
It must also be extended to help absolute newbies be able to get across the map without having a star on their ass which leads to them getting constantly in jail and leave the server, which happens so often
