Stealing from PD's armoury
There can be an Armoury in each PD interior which people can rob, like the bank and deliver to hideouts. The payment can be higher, the cooldown can be longer, and it can be challenging a bit to not cause more inflation, for instance needing to put the weapon items in your trunk or something? Or like when two cops are online atleast? IDK
The hideout can be divided from bank hideouts, it can be a ped standing somewhere that buys your stolen weaps from you. Or whatever.
Any suggestions?

How is robbing even possible when there atleast 3-4 cops in PD at any given time, it's simple common sense.

That will be more like a raid in PD (which will encourage players to cop hunt and the cops cannot do anything to them), -1 from me.

That's the main point of the suggestion, more challenging with higher payment, and cops can stay away and let them rob if they don't want to be hunted? For sure

I like the idea but this could introduce some issues with "cophunting" or at least, the appearance of cophunting.

This is not so much of an issue in smaller PDs "like dillimore pd or fort carson" as mentioned above, but more of an issue in the city PDs.

This issue can be mitigated in PD interiors that have an upstairs (such as LVPD and SFPD) by placing the police armory upstairs, further away from jail/locker rooms. LSPD is far too small for this, however, so I'm not sure how it would work there.
