More access to the rooftops

It'd be great if we could have the same functionality like the U.S. Bank Tower from LS and the Transamerica Pyramid from SF to access the rooftops for some of the tall/medium tall buildings in all three cities.

I will be more than happy to post some screens with the buildings that I have in mind but the first one is obviously: SAN FIERRO POLICE DEPARTMENT

This feature will allow criminals/cops to defend themselves and it will make the fights more challenging.

It's a good suggestion, but if there's a door or somehing like the LS tower, it won't help criminals. But generally I agree that this is a +1
