- Where were you? Location is not relevant here since this issue is replicated everywhere and it has been like this since Special Cargo was introduced

- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before? Yes, Happens to Everyone
- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible. 1. Get a trucking vehicle, 2. If you Don't move the truck for a few minutes then move you will see it say as an example "Bryce was paused for 2m" even though i am not paused
