Parachute excess ammo bug

- What is your in-game name and account ID (if known)? wap
- What happened exactly? I was in a plane, parachuted out and my parachute was removed, killing me: https://i.imgur.com/pFqXxOD.png
- What circumstances may have led to the issue? Probably linked with using the same Rustler which I dumped in water near the boat to respawn earlier, I used the parachute previously to land back onto the boat
- Has anyone else experienced the issue? Possibly linked with https://mikescnr.com/forum/index.php/topic,18197.0.html
- Can you replicate the issue? Idk probably haven't tried yet tried what I mentioned below on a Rustler at aircraft carrier and always says excess ammo
- Can you provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue ourselves? probably this:
1. Get into any plane/helicopter
2. Respawn it by dumping into water (Use your parachute during this)
3. Get into the same vehicle
4. Use the parachute again = excess ammo in parachute
- If relevant, what was the time and date (GMT) of the issue? 07/11/23 11:17

Hello. Parachute can have 0 ammo and you can still hold it. Why is this an issue? Sorry, but I don't understand. Maybe a video can help here. You tried to parachute but your weapons got reset and you did not found the parachute with 0 ammo fast enough?

Sorry, focused too much on a different bit. Changed the original post. And yes, it took the parachute from me whilst parachuting

Other weapons disappear upon 0 ammo, I'm pretty sure Parachute does too?


Just to clarify, getting into any "new" airplane/helicopter should always give you a parachute, just like in SP?

This happened to me too sometimes. I simply tried to use the parachute and during the fall it got removed due to this error and I have (obviously) died: Excess ammo in parachute.

Sometimes this happens upon landing, sometimes it happens upon exiting vehicle.

I *THINK* that when the message appears upon exiting vehicle, AND you're parachuting down for a longer period of time, the parachute will get removed (when it shouldn't)

I *THINK* when the message appears upon landing, it's working as intended (parachute should be 0 as landed but still 1, so removed)

It has also happened to me. I think this only occurs if we get a free Parachute from planes. Uploading the video after player reports...

Happens offen when using weapons, randomly disables your weapon and gets you into trouble. Mike can't you disable part of anticheat responsible for parachute ammo, even if someone would want to spawn parachute then what the fuck is gonna happen
