Irrelevant - What were you doing?
Irrelvant - Did you have some sort of special circumstances happening at the time?
Happens all the time I use /crimes command- Is this a reoccurring issue? Has it happened to you or others before?
A lot of people said that It has happened to them before so yes I believe.- Please provide steps for us to reproduce the issue ourselves, if possible.
