Bug with Bayside trailer

Recently I've bought a fancy trailer in Bayside so I can happily retire there and stay away from the chaos from the places but what annoys me is that I've found a bug with it:

Each time I exit the trailer, the spawn location is wrong and I get stuck. If I move a little bit, I fall off the map. I've paid a 'visit' to the other neighbors to see if other trailers have the same issue and as I thought so, they don't.

Please fix the spawn location when you get out of the trailer as I really like this place and maybe in the future I might find a wealthy buyer who knows but I can not sell it in this condition.
