allow player doing special cargo to protect himself

i checked that in past times that if a player is doing spec cargo trucking mission hes not allowed to commit any crimes else than trucking xd
if a player goes near or pass by a cop he will become mw but he cant shoot! wow if u even try to drive by him u can and u will fail cargo xd

He means that if some cunt shoots your cargo and you shoot back you fail the trucking mission and also get wanted.
He's suggesting that if someone drives too close to the special cargo he should get wanted.
